Recognizing the importance of context, I offer on-site school visits when appropriate and gather comprehensive information from teachers, families, and other mental health professionals. My process also includes conducting school observations and attending IEP meetings. These evaluations, including Student Risk Assessments, ensure comprehensive assessments that effectively support educational planning. I am dedicated to providing timely evaluations to address the needs of schools and families promptly.
Immigration Psychiatric Evaluations
I am available to provide expert and impartial psychiatric evaluations for immigration cases in Philadelphia, the surrounding suburban areas, and across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Recognizing that courts and immigration authorities rely on credible, evidence-based opinions, I am dedicated to providing objective and thorough reports. I conduct examinations for extreme hardship waivers, VAWA petitions, asylum petitions, competency, and other related matters.

Recognizing that the juvenile justice system requires a specialized approach, my evaluations are grounded in an understanding of adolescent development, psychology, and the unique legal questions relevant to juvenile court. My process for juvenile evaluations involves a meticulous review of all relevant records (school, court, medical) and in-depth, age-appropriate clinical interviews with the juvenile and their family. My reports provide the court with clear, evidence-based opinions that consider the youth's developmental maturity, mental state, and capacity for change.
